Waking--Three Years Later--In The Tomb
It's been three years since the Bush Administration levied huge tax cuts believing blue-sky forcasts that predicted a heavy tax surplus. Then came the drought and the forecasters were outed as idiots and/or administration lapdogs. It took three years to get a confession for the mistake.
